Shipping policy

Here's exactly what to expect when you order from Eggy's — no surprises.

Processing time
We pack every order with care, and orders ship within 3–5 business days.

Delivery time
Once your order ships, it typically arrives within 7–10 business days. From the day you order, please allow 10–15 business days total.

Ordering for the holidays?
Carriers get busy in November and December, so order early for the best chance of on-time delivery. For Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering by December 10th.

Refused packages
If a package is refused at delivery, a 15% restocking fee applies to the order total.

Undeliverable packages
If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, you can have it reshipped at your cost. If it's not reshipped, a 15% restocking fee applies to the order total.

Delivered packages
Once a carrier marks your package as delivered, it's considered received. If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, email us at fashion@eggysstore.com — we'll help however we can. To be safe, please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery or that you have a secure spot for packages.
